A Commentary on the Nature Of Creation & Mankind

Hi, dear people, my name is Graham Hansen and I have made it my life's work to understand the fundamental nature of Creation and the manner in which it interacts with our personal being and determines who and what we are as much loved individuals who never die.

My comments on this subject stem from the fundamental premise that the Universe we see around us is a manifestation and extension of a Universal Being Source of Pure Living Consciousness that is the very essence of life itself.

It is a premise, my friends, that establishes the Living Consciousness of the Universal Being Source to be the wellspring of the underlying consciousness of all things whatsoever, which must first be in evidence before any aspect of the physical world can materialise. In the case of the living species, including human beings, this means that our consciousness prevails before and after the affairs of the physical body.

It is also a premise which establishes that Consciousness is the very epitome and embodyment of Being; to the extent where, if Consciousness were taken out of the existential equation, we would be left with complete and utter nothing!

I have arranged the following dialogue into a list of Reality Statements that should make the subject matter a little easier to comprehend:-

Reality Statements

1 We can begin our discussion of the nature of the Natural & Profound with the observation that all things whatsoever have to have a basis for existence in a Universal Being Source -- a Source that cannot avoid being the very definition of the state of existence itself!

2 Consistent with this fundamental tenet, we can further say that such a Being Source has to be a self-extant and self-sufficient phenomenon that is infinite by nature and definition. We can, in fact, postulate that it is the wellspring of the hues and shades of Creation and its life forms!

3 To suggest that there is not such a Being Source, my friends, would be to suggest that non-existence gave rise to the existential state in the first instance and that you and I and all things are born of nothing, as a form of nothing, destined to return to nothing. This, of course is nonsense. The act of being can never be secondary to a mystical state of nothing. It must always remain the very essence of what it is about and be self-sufficient and self-defined within itself!

4 Given the inevitable reality of a self-extant, Universal Being Source, we can be certain that it could not have come from “somewhere at sometime.” The somewhere at sometime aspects are about place and time, which are no more than effects of the physical world that had its origins in the Universal Being Source in the first instance. Place and time, in other words, are no more than secondary considerations in the overall scheme of things and have no relevance when considering the status quo of the Universal Being Source itself!

5 Because the notion of non-existence serving as the basis of life and being is a nonsense, and because a Universal Being Source has to prevail before all else, we can conclude that it is the veritable Essence of everything that derives from it, including the living consciousness and thinking intelligence of the higher life forms. From this it can be deduced that this quintessence of all life and being most surely epitomises everything that Living Consciousness and Thinking Intelligence stands for.

6 It is emphasised that the Universal Being Source, as the quintessence of all life and being, cannot avoid being characterised as a being of Living Consciousness. This is because the business of conceiving and formatting the existential state and its life forms, and having to be everywhere all the time while embracing all dimensions of existence, makes an underlying Living Consciousness of great depth and dexterity an essential prerequisite to the process. It certainly could not have been done from a physical standpoint of any kind!

7 So it is, my friends, the only alternative to the spurious and impossible notion of all things deriving from a basis of complete and utter nothing, is a situation where all life and being originates in a Universal Being Source of Living Consciousness from which the Thinking Intelligence and Life of Creation streams forth. It is the stark difference between a considered, initiated and directed Creation, and a Creation that could not otherwise be. It also follows from this that all things whatsoever can be nothing less than a particular expression of that Living Consciousness! Indeed, it can be assumed that the act of being is an act of Living Consciousness!

8 The validity of the Universal Being Source of Living Consciousness is also evident in the truism that the existential state can only have a basis in an infinite, self-perpetuating continuum that can be defined as "something that exists." And, even if we doggedly cling to the spurious idea of nothing serving as the basis of life and being, hard nose logic soon catapults us back to the "something that exists" contention. This is because nothing with the capacity to produce existence of any kind ceases to be nothing and must then be regarded as "something." And if it is "something," it has to be "something” that lives, contemplates and creates as a Being of Living Consciousness!

9 Given the powerful reality of a Universal Being Factor of Living Consciousness, the author was prompted to refer to it as the "Aum Source Consciousness," rather then persevering with gender based reference that tends to limit the scope, depth and all-encompassing nature of the Consciousness. The sounding of the word "Aum" is a most beautiful and meaningful way of relating to the nature and depth of the Source Consciousness. It comes from sacred Hindu text which states: "As Creation began, the divine, all-encompassing Consciousness took the form of the first and original vibration, manifesting as the sound "Aum," (or "Om.”)

10 This has all been fairly straightforward to this point, but it now takes us into realms that will radically change our perspective of who and what we are and the nature of the world about us. This revolves around the fact that human consciousness cannot avoid being a particular expression of the Aum Source Consciousness, which means that the consciousness of the human species must prevail prior to the development of the physical body and its various sense organs, including the brain!

11 Just as the Aum Source Consciousness prevails as the existential basis of all things whatsoever, prior to the emergence of physical phenomena deriving from that Consciousness, so too must the consciousness of the human species, as an expression of the Aum Source Consciousness, prevail before the affairs of the physical body. (As it is throughout Creation, so it is with humanity!)

12 This is plainly evident in the system of human reproduction on this planet, whereby the Aum Source Consciousness is passed on to mankind via a natural system of being that centres around Mother Earth, to be expressed as the consciousness of the human species. This human consciousness is then carried forward by succeeding generations of mankind in the form of reproductive matter, which is subsequently fused by the conception process to produce an individualised version of that consciousness.

13 This newly created, individualised version of the consciousness of the species, then takes on bodily form in the womb in accordance with the various genetic codes built into the reproductive matter that is representative of that consciousness.

14 The above statements may be difficult to comprehend, my friends, but always keep in mind that the first thing we pass on before all else to offspring, is our very consciousness of being; without which we would not be around to pass on anything whatsoever! Everything about us, including reproductive matter, follows on from this fundamental truism. Indeed, the same is true of every aspect of Creation; there must first be Consciousness before there can be anything whatsoever! What this means essentially, is that Consciousness is the generative source of all Life and Being!

15 It has to be reiterated that it is not logically possible for the newly individualised version of human consciousness to be a product of the intricate workings of the material body. This is because such a system would dictate that matter, whatever its description or level of development, is ultimately a product of that which does not exist. This, of course, is unworthy of the intelligence of man. Hence the inevitable reality of the Aum Source Consciousness prevailing before all else and providing a system of being whereby consciousness always precedes and initiates bodily form in the dimensional world!

16 A profound implication of the consciousness of predecessors serving as the basis of the consciousness of the human individual (a consciousness that comes to the fore as the personal Self) is that we become indestructible and eternal the very moment we become viable following the act of conception. The body in this sense is merely an outward expression of the consciousness that gave rise to it and simply fades out of existence when the time comes for it to do so, leaving its conscious base (designating Self) complete and intact and free to move on to the next phrase of its existence.

17 After the individual consciousness that is Self departs the physical body, it has a heightened sense of awareness and can still very much see, hear, experience, and so on, but cannot interact with the physical world to any significant extent. As a consequence, it cannot generally be discerned by that world anymore. It is at that point, or soon after, that Self automatically merges with a “Natural Homeland” that is compatible with Self’s general demeanour and experience of life. It is from there that Self can continue to develop and embrace the whole spectrum of being and, thus, move on to ever-higher levels of the Homelands.

18 Thus, we have moved on from being influenced by some of our most respected theories of being, which strongly imply that we and all things are ultimately born of nothing, as a form of nothing, destined to return to nothing, to the point where we can now reach out to a profound and powerful reality where we and all things are born of consciousness, as a form of consciousness, destined to return to consciousness!

19 So it is, in conclusion, my friends, that the Aum Source Consciousness underlies all Life and Being and passes on its consciousness signature to all that it gives rise to! Thank you dear people.
